Graham was tasked with designing a "kosher casket" for our local temple and his design has remained unchanged for over a decade and we continue to offer these caskets for our local community and now our online community.
Our simple plywood casket is made using 3/4" Poplar or Birch plywood and natural rope for carry handles. No fasteners are used so the entire casket is biodegradable and requires no tools for assembly. Dovetail joints hold the box securely together once assembled. Cross, Star of David or other symbol can be carved into the top upon request. The casket weighs 85lbs.The pieces of the casket can be "flat packed" and stored. Stored thickness is approximately 4".
Our caskets are carefully produced by us in our workshop one at a time to a very high standard and that will never change.
